I grew up in a Christian home. But God really got my attention at age 15. While attending a youth conference, a guest speaker spoke a very public and prophetic word over my life. Among the many things he spoke was a verse out of the book of Esther, (Esther 4:14) which I often reflect on. The story of Esther is an important one in Jewish Culture with many historical and moral lessons to be learned. But one of the greatest takeaways is the lesson of Gods Providence in our lives. God is never mentioned in the book, but it is abundantly clear that He’s not missing from the story. I needed to learn that lesson, that God is always with me and has called me, “for such a time as this.” (Esther 4:14). My testimony would not be complete without mentioning YWAM (Youth With A Mission). Much of my spiritual growth happened there. I also met my wife there. We have been married for over 18 years. I could not have made it even this far in ministry without her by my side. She is my greatest friend and ministry partner! We enjoy every crazy minute we get to spend together with our 3 boys (Levi 14, Zachary 12, and Nate 9). We now serve as the Associate Pastors at Hope Church of Northwest Arkansas in Bentonville
